Presentation Instructions発表ガイドライン

ICACHM International Conference on Art Conservation and Heritage Management

To support a smooth, timely, and professional conference experience, all presenters are requested to follow the instructions below.

国際会議を円滑かつ時間どおりに、専門的に運営するため、すべての発表者は以下のガイドラインに従ってください。

Oral Presentation口頭発表

The total presentation time is 10 minutes, including the question-and-answer session.発表時間は、質疑応答を含めて合計10分間です。
Slides should clearly present the objectives, methodology, key findings, discussion, and conclusions.スライドには、研究目的、研究方法、主な結果、考察、結論を明確にまとめてください。
Presenters should manage their allocated time effectively and communicate their findings concisely.発表者は指定された時間を適切に管理し、研究成果を簡潔かつ明確に説明してください。
Presenters should follow the instructions of the session chair and conference organizing team.セッションチェアおよび国際会議運営チームの指示に従ってください。

Posters should be clear, professionally organized, and easy to read.ポスターは、明確で整理され、読みやすい構成にしてください。
Include the research title, objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusion.研究タイトル、目的、研究方法、主な結果、結論を含めてください。
Presenters should be available during the assigned poster session to explain their work and answer questions.指定されたポスターセッション中は、研究内容の説明や質問への対応ができるようにしてください。

Virtual presentations must follow the assigned schedule and presentation time limit.オンライン発表は、指定されたスケジュールと発表時間を厳守してください。
Join the session on time and ensure a stable internet connection.時間どおりにセッションへ参加し、安定したインターネット接続を確保してください。
Test the audio, camera, microphone, presentation slides, and screen-sharing functions before the session begins.セッション開始前に、音声、カメラ、マイク、発表スライド、画面共有機能が正常に動作するか確認してください。
Join from a quiet and professional environment wherever possible.可能な限り、静かで発表に適した環境から参加してください。

The recording must not exceed the allocated presentation time.録画時間は、指定された発表時間を超えないようにしてください。
The presentation should include a clear introduction, main discussion, research findings, and conclusion.発表には、明確な導入、主要な内容、研究成果、結論を含めてください。
Audio and video should be clear and suitable for professional conference presentation.音声と映像は、国際会議での発表に適した明瞭な品質にしてください。
Submit the recorded presentation in the required format before the announced deadline.録画した発表動画は、指定された形式で締切日までに提出してください。
