Instructions for Participants参加者向けガイドライン

To ensure a smooth, professional, and well-organized conference experience, participants are requested to follow the guidelines below.

円滑で専門的かつ適切に運営された国際会議への参加を実現するため、以下のガイドラインをご確認ください。

Registration参加登録

  1. Early Registration早期登録

    Complete your registration in advance to confirm your participation and receive the required conference information.

    参加を確定し、必要な国際会議情報を受け取るため、できるだけ早めに登録手続きを完了してください。

  2. Confirmation登録確認

    A confirmation email will be sent after successful registration with relevant participation details.

    登録完了後、参加に関する必要な情報を記載した確認メールが送信されます。

Paper Submission論文投稿

  1. Abstract Submission要旨提出

    Submit your abstract before the specified conference submission deadline.

    指定された国際会議の投稿期限までに要旨を提出してください。

  2. Full Paper Submission全文論文提出

    Authors whose abstracts or papers are accepted should submit the full manuscript within the specified timeline, where applicable.

    採択された著者は、必要に応じて指定された期限内に全文論文を提出してください。

Presentation Guidelines発表ガイドライン

Oral Presentation口頭発表

  • Duration: 10-minute presentation + 2-minute Q&A.発表時間：10分間の発表＋2分間の質疑応答
  • Upload or submit your presentation slides at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.発表スライドは、予定されているセッションの24時間前までに提出またはアップロードしてください。
  • Join or arrive at the session at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.セッション開始予定時刻の30分前までに会場へ到着、またはオンライン接続してください。

Poster Presentationポスター発表

  • Recommended Poster Size: 36 × 48 inches.推奨ポスターサイズ：36 × 48インチ
  • Display your poster in the designated area before the poster session begins.ポスターセッション開始前に、指定された場所へポスターを掲示してください。
  • Be available during the assigned poster session to discuss your research and answer questions.指定されたポスターセッション中は、研究内容の説明や質問への対応ができるよう会場に待機してください。

Virtual Presentationオンライン発表

  • Platform: Zoom or the designated conference platform.プラットフォーム：Zoomまたは指定された国際会議プラットフォーム
  • Duration: 10-minute presentation + 2-minute Q&A.発表時間：10分間の発表＋2分間の質疑応答
  • Join the virtual session at least 30 minutes before your scheduled presentation.発表予定時刻の30分前までにオンラインセッションへ参加してください。
  • Submit your presentation slides in advance according to the instructions provided by the organizing team.運営チームから案内された方法に従い、発表スライドを事前に提出してください。

Conference Day Guidelines開催当日のガイドライン

  • Arrive or join at least 30 minutes before your session.セッション開始の30分前までに会場へ到着、またはオンライン参加してください。
  • Maintain professional and appropriate attire throughout the conference.国際会議にふさわしい専門的で適切な服装を心がけてください。
  • Follow the instructions provided by the JSIC organizing team and session coordinators.JSIC運営チームおよびセッション担当者からの案内に従ってください。
  • On-site assistance will be available during the conference where applicable.現地開催の場合は、会場内で必要なサポートを提供します。

Instructions for Listeners聴講参加者向けガイドライン

  • Attend conference sessions according to the scheduled programme.プログラムに記載された時間に合わせて各セッションへ参加してください。
  • Participate constructively in discussions and Q&A sessions.ディスカッションや質疑応答に積極的かつ建設的に参加してください。
  • Virtual participants should join using the designated online platform.オンライン参加者は、指定されたオンラインプラットフォームから参加してください。
  • Respect speakers, session chairs, organizers, and fellow participants.講演者、セッションチェア、運営スタッフ、他の参加者に敬意をもって接してください。

Networking Opportunitiesネットワーキングの機会

  • Connect with researchers, academicians, professionals, and other participants during designated networking sessions.ネットワーキングセッションを通じて、研究者、学術関係者、専門家、その他の参加者との交流を深めてください。
  • Virtual participants can engage with speakers and participants through available online interaction features.オンライン参加者は、利用可能なオンライン機能を通じて講演者や他の参加者と交流できます。

Participants are encouraged to share their feedback and suggestions after the conference to help improve future JSIC programmes.

Certificates証明書

  • Presentation Certificate for eligible presenters.対象となる発表者には発表証明書を発行します。
  • Participation Certificate for eligible listeners and participants.対象となる聴講者および参加者には参加証明書を発行します。
